REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
1. On behalf of the India Taipei Association, Taipei (ITA), quotations are invited from experienced/reputed service providers based in Taipei for supply & installation of air conditioning system.
2. The following will be the scope of work:
(A.)Mechanical equipment
- TRANE-1200 for Ice water blower – 3 RT -01 nos.
- TRANE-1000 for Ice water blower – 3.5 RT -02 nos.
- Total heat exchanger (as required) – 01 nos.
(B.)Device Installation
- Fan hoisting – 03 nos.
- Total heat exchanger hoisting – 01 nos.
(C.)Piping Engineering – as required
(D.)Duct Engineering – as required
(E.)Distribution Engineering – as required
(F.)Transportation of equipment & installation

4. The quotations shall be submitted to Mr. Gince K. Mattam, Deputy Director General, India Taipei Association, Suite 2010, TWTC, ITB Building, No. 333 Keelung Road, Sec. 1, Taipei, Taiwan before 1000 hrs on 27 August 2018 (Monday). The company shall submit its offer in an envelope, superscripted as “Quotation for supply & installation of air conditioning system. ” It should also be superscripted at the bottom left corner with the Full name, Postal address, Fax, E-mail, Telephone number of the service provider.
5. India Taipei Association reserves the right to cancel this quotation inquiry at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever.
