印度台北協會規劃於2023年4月16日舉辦觀光推廣活動，活動內容包含攤位市集及文化表演，預計吸引約 1000 人次參加。
- 需求規格：
- 攤位帳篷 (3 x 3 公尺) — 25 頂
- 攤位招牌 — 25 面
- 表演舞台 — 1 個
- 舞台背版 — 1 面
- 電源 (舞台及攤位)
- 雨備方案 (遮雨設施等)
- 音響燈光設備
- 麥克風設備
- 影音設備
- 人員保險
- 公關及宣傳品設計及印製
- 活動後場地清潔
- 歡迎廠商於 2023 年 2 月 20 日上午 11 點前將提案和報價（英文）透過電子郵件寄送至 ddgpol.ita@mea.gov.in和 adadmn.ita@mea.gov.in。提案內容需包含（ I) 相關活動實績經驗（含照片） (ii) 過去活動主辦方聯絡方式供實績審核參考。
- 印度台北協會保留不限原因隨時取消招商之權利。

Request for proposal
India Taipei Association intends to conduct a Cultural and Tourism promotion event on April 16 2023. It is estimated that there will be 1000 visitors to the exhibition and cultural programs.
- The following is the requirement:
- Booth (3 X 3)-25 nos.
- Booth banner – 25 nos.
- Stage-one.
- Stage Banner-One.
- Power
- Rain protection shed close to the stage
- Sound and light equipment.
- Emcee-One.
- Audio video Coverage.
- Labour & Insurance.
- Promotional and publicity material design and printing
- Cleaning of the venue post the event.
- Reputed Service providers are requested to email their proposal and quotation (In English language), to ddgpol.ita@mea.gov.in&adadmn.ita@mea.gov.in by 1100 hrs on 20 February 2023. The quote should include (i) previous experience of similar events (with photographers) and (ii) references.
- India Taipei Association reserve the right to cancel this tender inquiry at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever.
