REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
1. On behalf of the India Taipei Association, Taipei (ITA), quotations are invited from experienced/reputed service providers based in Taipei for supply of EPABX and telephones.
2. The following will be the scope of work:
- EPABX Main engine -01 nos.
- Loop start outside line card – 01 nos.
- Internal line card with digital function-03 nos.
- Internal card (single) – 01 nos.
- Digital telephone instruments – 29 nos.
- Telephone receiving host – 01 nos.
3. On prior appointment, interested firms can visit the site and get details regarding scope of work from 23rd August 2018 (Wednesday) to 24 August 2018 (Friday) [Contact person: Mr. V. S. Thakur, Assistant Director, ITA; Phone: +886-2729-5120; Email: adadmn.ita@mea.gov.in]
4. The quotations shall be submitted to Mr. Gince K. Mattam, Deputy Director General, India Taipei Association, Suite 2010, TWTC, ITB Building, No. 333 Keelung Road, Sec. 1, Taipei, Taiwan before 1000 hrs on 27 August 2018 (Monday). The company shall submit its offer in an envelope, superscripted as “Quotation for supply of EPABX, Telephone instruments & peripherals”. It should also be superscripted at the bottom left corner with the Full name, Postal address, Fax, E-mail, Telephone number of the service provider.
4. India Taipei Association reserves the right to cancel this quotation inquiry at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever.
